Fesothe Group is a soon to be incorporated private holding company majority owned by Velivian Fesothe (Jonathan Curley). Its purpose is to operate as a strategic acquisition and restructuring vehicle within the wider Fesothe ecosystem.
The Group specialises in acquiring third‑party companies and corporations that require structural, financial, or operational remediation. Once acquired, these businesses are stabilised, reorganised, and prepared for long‑term viability.
Following this process, the revitalised companies are transferred or sold to a primary operating company owned by Velivian Fesothe, where they can be integrated into a larger, more sustainable strategic framework.
